About the room The room is approx. 12 m2 and has a big window overlooking the garden and forest. Instead of road noise, you hear the stream and birdsong from the forest. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with a steamer, a large living room with a tv, a fireplace and a huge balcony, which is ideal for hanging out on as soon as it gets warmer. We also have access to a cellar compartment, a bike cellar and a laundry room which we have more or less on our own. Internet and utility bills are included in the rent. \ Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 gross und hat ein grosses Fenster mit Blick auf Garten und Wald. Statt Strassenlärm hörst du hier das Rauschen vom Bach und Vogelgezwitscher aus dem Wald. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Steamer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit TV, ein Cheminée und einen riesigen Balkon, der, sobald es wärmer wird, zum Verweilen einlädt. Zusätzlich haben wir Zugang zu einem Kellerabteil, einem Velokeller sowie einer Waschküche, die wir mehr oder weniger für uns alleine haben. Internet und Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Nearby There is a bus stop nearby (2 mins) and for outdoor fans, there are many options on the neighbouring Sonnenberg hill and in the Gütsch forest, where you can enjoy the mountain panorama or simply unwind from hectic everyday life. \ In der Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle (2 Minuten). Für Outdoor-Fans gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten auf dem benachbarten Sonnenberg und im Gütschwald, wo du das Bergpanorama geniessen oder einfach vom hektischen Alltag abschalten kannst. We look for: Clarissa is leaving us because she’s moving together with her boyfriend to a new flat. We are therefore looking for another uncomplicated and open-minded person ;) Ideally working, a female older than 26 and someone who would like to bring some new life and colour to our living community. We value mutual interests and open communication (mostly in English). Our renovated flat provides opportunities to spontaneously cook together, enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony or just to have a chat. Wir legen Wert auf gegenseitige Interessen und eine offene Kommunikation (meist auf Englisch). Unsere renovierte Wohnung bietet optimale Gelegenheiten, um spontan zusammen zu kochen, ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon zu geniessen oder einfach zu plaudern. Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der ein langfristiges Zuhause sucht und ein harmonisches Zusammenleben genauso schätzt wie wir. We are Joaquin (Spanish, 28) and Luc (Swiss, 32) are very open, tolerant and spontaneous. Joaquin is a freelance musician. He likes to cook and is also sporty and socially active. Luc works as geoinformation specialist at the canton (maps). He likes to ski, hike, travel and looks after his plants. Pascal, the twin brother of Luc, also inhabits a room but he works as an architect in Bern and is therefore not around on weekdays. He likes to cook and travel. Er kocht gerne, ist sportlich und sozial aktiv. Luc arbeitet beim Kanton als Geoinformations-Spezialist (Karten). Er fährt gerne Ski, wandert, reist und kümmert sich um seine Pflanzen. Pascal, der Zwillingsbruder von Luc, bewohnt ebenfalls ein Zimmer, arbeitet aber als Architekt in Bern und ist daher unter der Woche nicht da. Er kocht und reist gerne. Bitte melde dich bei uns wenn du interessiert bist und erzähl uns mehr über dich… Beruf, Alter, Nationalität, Hobbies, Lifestyle, deine Einstellung zum Putzen (wie oft würdest du das WC putzen, …), Vorstellungen vom WG-Leben/Werte, Lieblingsgetränk ;) Wir werden eine Vorauswahl treffen und uns bei dir melden. Wenn wir das Gefühl haben, es könnte passen, zeigen wir dir gerne die Wohnung :)
