Hi there, I’m moving out of my room in our duplex WG, as I’ll be moving in with two close friends in Zürich starting April 1st. So, we’re looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely flat. The apartment is a spacious duplex shared by four people, ideally located between Hardbrücke and Letzigrund. It sits on the top two floors of a building in a quiet neighborhood that comes alive when the weather is nice — and the Limmat is less than a 10-minute walk away. The flat is split across two levels: Upper floor: two bedrooms with private bathroom (including the one available) Lower floor: two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen, a storage room, and a bright, welcoming living areaThere’s also a private rooftop terrace, accessible directly from the apartment via an electric door next to the bedroom — a real highlight. The room is officially unfurnished, but it includes a custom-made bed fitted perfectly into the alcove, a wardrobe just outside the room, built-in storage under the windows, and additional storage space accessible from the room. The monthly rent is CHF 1,040 (all included: internet, electricity, etc.). You’ll be sharing the flat with a friendly and international group: a Portuguese woman (32), a French woman (31), and a British man (37).
