Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² gross und teilweise möbliert (Bett, Bücherschrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel etc.). Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel, frühestens 2.04. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine grosszügige Küche, ein Gästezimmer sowie zwei Balkone. Zusätzlich gibt es eine grosse Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Die Waschküche wird mit den anderen Wohnungen im Haus geteilt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral: Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss (der Rückweg ist bergauf). Die Tramhaltestelle Haldenbach (Linien 9 und 10) ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Direkt im Haus befindet sich ein Café, und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Du würdest die Wohnung mit einer berufstätigen Architektin teilen. Das Zusammenleben ist eher ruhig und unkompliziert. Wichtig ist ein sorgfältiger und sauberer Umgang mit der Wohnung und ein regelmässiges Einkommen.
