Insgesamt können 3 Personen zusammen wohnen. Gesucht wird ein/e Nachmieter/in für das WG-Zimmer mit 15.9 m². Zur Wohnung gehören zudem ein geräumiges Kellerabteil sowie eine Waschküche zur Mitbenutzung.🛒🚃🌳 Umgebung:Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen und beliebten Quartier Hottingen (Kreis 7) in Zürich. Die Gegend ist grün und entspannt, gleichzeitig auch sehr zentral mit schneller Verbindung zur Uni/ETH, zum Bahnhof Stadelhofen und zum See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und der öffentliche Verkehr sind gut erreichbar.🧍♀️ An den/die neuen Mitbewohner/in:Gesucht wird eine junge Person zwischen 18 und 27 Jahren. (Studierende sowie auch Angestellte sind herzlich willkommen:) 💰 Kaution:Die Kaution beträgt typischerweise 3 Monatsmieten. Falls dir die Kaution zu hoch ist, kann sie reduziert werden, dafür erhöht sich die Miete entsprechend: • 3 Monatsmieten = +0 CHF/Monat (aktueller Stand) • 2 Monatsmieten = +50 CHF/Monat • 1 Monatsmiete = +100 CHF/Monat • Keine Kaution = +150 CHF/MonatDie Kaution wird über die Plattform Evorest auf ein separates Sperrkonto auf deinen Namen eingezahlt, das speziell für Mietkautionen eingerichtet ist. The apartment has a total area of approx. 70 m². In total, 3 people can live together. A new tenant is being sought for a room of 15.9 m². The apartment also includes a spacious basement storage unit as well as a shared laundry room.🛒🚃🌳 Surroundings:The apartment is located in the quiet and popular Hottingen district (District 7) in Zurich. The area is green and relaxed, yet very central with fast connections to the university/ETH, Stadelhofen station, and the lake. Shops, cafés, and public transport are easily accessible.🧍♀️ About the new roommate:We are looking for a student or young person between 18 and 27 years old.💰 Deposit:The deposit is typically 3 months’ rent. If the deposit is too high for you, it can be reduced – however, the rent will increase accordingly: • 3 months’ rent = +0 CHF/month (current situation) • 2 months’ rent = +50 CHF/month • 1 month’s rent = +100 CHF/month • No deposit = +150 CHF/monthThe deposit is paid via the platform Evorest into a separate blocked account in your name, specifically set up for rental deposits.
