WG Room in Zürich — CHF 650/mo

Hey everyone, we have a nice room available right 2 min from Sternen Oerlikon in a bright and spacious flat. You will be sharing the WG with 3 other people: Anna and Beatrice from Italy and Daniel from Germany, so our common language is English. We are all doing a PhD in Zurich. We look for someone who is interested in more than a "Zweck WG" (engages socially), close to our age (24-28) who is staying for year approximately. The flat has 2 full bathrooms, a big living room with a balcony and an open kitchen and the it includes a professional cleaning ever 2 weeks. The furniture should be taken over for 400 CHF (see picture, negotiable). The room can be rented until the end of the contract which will be most likely until spring 2027.
