Ich biete ein gemütliches Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Vermietung an. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs SBB, optimal für Pendler:innen oder Wochenaufenthalter:innen. Das Zimmer ist mindestens 16 qm gross (je nachdem wie wir die Zimmer aufteilen wollen). Daneben gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche mit Balkon in den Innenhof. Bezüglich Mietdauer bin ich flexibel - von gelegentlichen Übernachtungen (z. B. einmal-zweimal pro Woche) bis hin zur dauerhaften Vermietung (Der Preis wird dem entsprechend angepasst). Ich (w) bin 33 Jahre alt und arbeite als Forscherin in der Pharma. In meiner Freizeit bin ich oft unterwegs und treibe viel Sport (Klettern, Bouldern, Skitouren, etc). The apartment is located near the SBB train station, ideal for commuters or those staying for the week. The room is at least 16 square meters (depending on how we decide to divide the space). There's also a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. I'm flexible regarding the rental period – from occasional overnight stays (e.g., once or twice a week) to long-term rentals (the price will be adjusted accordingly).
