Room in a calm flat - Ideal for a busy professional wanting a quiet home I will be leaving my room in a shared apartment on June 30th and am looking for a new co-tenant to take over the lease with Fabio and Thomas, my current flatmates. The Flat and Building Our apartment is located between Bahnhof Wiedikon and Helvetziaplatz and spans the two top floors of our building. In addition to the three bedrooms, there are two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace. We also have a large storage space in the basement. The building offers a shared laundry room that operates on a first-come basis (no schedule). Since there are only four apartments in total, doing laundry is never a hassle. Living Situation We all have demanding professional lives and seek rest and quiet when at home. While occasional guests are welcome, we usually prefer taking advantage of the lively food and bar scenes close by rather than hosting large gatherings. What we look for If you are a non-smoking 30+ years-old professional who appreciates a quiet evening after a long day on the job, we would love to hear from you.
