Je cherche un(e) étudiant(e) pour reprendre immédiatement ma chambre chez APARTIS, dans ce super appartement situé à la route Wilhelm-Kaiser, dans le quartier de Pérolles, au plus tard pour le 15 avril.Lappartement se trouve au 1er étage, dispose dune buanderie/séchoir et est à seulement 4 minutes à pied dun Denner, de larrêt de bus Fribourg Industrie ainsi que des différents bâtiments universitaires situés à Pérolles.La colocation est composée de trois autres étudiantes super sympas et discrètes. Nous partageons deux salles de bain, la cuisine ainsi que le balcon visible sur les photos.La chambre est la plus grande en termes de surface et bénéficie de beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Le loyer est de 520 CHF, hors charges.
