A 12 sqm room in a WG next to Sihlcity is becoming free as of April 2026.You would share the kitchen and bathroom with two very friendly and realxed roommates: Hector, 52, from Dominican Republic, and Oscar, 42, from Spain.If you speak Spanish, that would be great but English and German are also fine.As they are both hard-working people and some of them work a night-shift, it is important that you respect a quiet and respectful co-living. Please only apply if you are +30 years of age, working and don't have a party lifestyle.The flat does NOT have a living room so you will be sharing only the kitchen and bathroom.The kitchen is well equipped and has a seating area, but there is no dishwasher.Of course there is a washing machine in the basement but it costs approx 2.50 Fr per wash.
