Das möblierte Zimmer liegt zur Innenhofseite, hat einen kleinen Balkon und wird inklusive Bettwäsche (Bett-, Duvett- und Kissenbezug) vermietet. Die Wohnung ist eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 4. Stock mit Lift. Waschmaschine und Tumbler befinden sich in der Wohnung, und die Küche ist mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Die WG besteht aus zwei Personen und das Bad wird geteilt.Zu mir: Ich bin 37, studiere an der PH FHNW in Muttenz und arbeite nebenbei als Primarlehrperson. Unter der Woche bin ich oft an der PH, zuhause bin ich meist entspannt unterwegs – entweder am Gamen oder am Kochen. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Volleyball, koche gerne und leite nebenbei eine Bar in Basel.Die WG ist ruhig und gemütlich, keine Party-WG, aber auch keine komplett anonyme Zweckgemeinschaft. Man kann gut sein eigenes Ding machen, ein kurzer Schwatz in der Küche oder gelegentlich gemeinsam etwas essen ist aber natürlich auch willkommen.Ich suche eine unkomplizierte Person zwischen etwa 25 und 40 Jahren, egal ob Student/in oder berufstätig. Das Zimmer ist befristet vom 01.04.2026 bis 31.08.2026 (oder nach Vereinbarung). Wichtig sind ein entspannter Umgang miteinander und ein normales Mass an Ordnung – es muss nicht perfekt sein, aber bitte auch keine Messi-Tendenzen. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon oder draussen erlaubt. A washing machine and dryer are located inside the apartment, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
