Temporary room in a two person apartment next to Ueberlandpark from 01.04.2026-01.06.2026 (two months) with possibility of relocation to different flat close to Hönggerberg ETH on 01.06.2026. Building next to tram stops 7 & 9 and to the newly built Ueberlandpark with Migros and Coop 8 minutes away. The flat includes an equipped kitchen, an entry hall, a large living room, a balcony, 1 bathroom and a spacious furnished room. The furniture (large bed, desk, chair, night stand and cupboard) can be taken over for 200 CHF. The contract is limited due to a scheduled renovation so the flat will have to be emptied and cleaned. There is a possibility to move to another student flat in Affoltern if housemates get along. Important to be clean, tidy and respect noise schedules and house rules. Must be a student and be able to sign the contract with wfss.
