The trash bins are outside, so zero stress. • The apartment has radiators, useful for drying clothes. • Laundry: free washing machine and dryer available anytime (just bring your own detergent). • Lease extension: if you want to stay longer, you can discuss directly with the agency. • Convenient location: about 30 minutes walking to central Zurich, 15–22 minutes by public transport.
