The room is bright and spacious, offering plenty of natural light and enough space for a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The apartment is very large (approx. 150 m2, 5.5 rooms) and designed for comfortable shared living. It includes a spacious living room, a modern and well‐equipped kitchen combined with a dining area, and a separate home‐office room that everyone can use. There are two bathrooms in the apartment: one with a bathtub and one with a shower, both with toilets. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located directly inside the flat. To ensure enough storage for everyone, the apartment is equipped with two fridges with freezers, as well as spacious cellar with plenty of space for seasonal equipment, skis, bikes. One of the highlights is the approx. 80 m2 private garden, which directly borders a forest, making the flat very quiet and naturally located. In addition, there is a guest room that can be used for visiting family or friends after simple agreement with the rest of the flat. Garage park place is also available for additional 160 chf. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from nearest tram stop (6) which will take you to HB in less than 15 minutes. Nearby are Dolderbahn, Zoo Zürich, Allmend Fluntern, Zürichberg forest, Universität Irchel, Fluntern, Witikon, Restaurant Alter Tobelhof. We are two men, 29 and 37 years old, Dutch and Czech, working as a software engineer and an electrical engineer in Zürich. We both have demanding jobs and usually work from home maximum one to two days per week. Weekends we are often away. We are not really into house parties anymore, but we do enjoy spending time together and occasionally hosting a relaxed barbecue in the garden when the weather is nice, or having a dinner together. We are both sporty and enjoy activities such as tennis, skiing, running, and cycling. One of us owns a car. We are looking for a third flatmate to join our shared apartment. Ideally, you are a young professional between 25 and 40 years old who is interested in becoming an active part of the WG, rather than just renting a room. Gender does not matter to us. We value an open and relaxed atmosphere and would like someone who feels comfortable sharing the common spaces with us. We often enjoy working together in the home‐office room, watching TV together, or spending time playing table football or darts. Of course, everyone has their own space and routines, but we appreciate a shared, easy‐going cohabitation. To ensure a clean and harmonious living environment, we have hired a professional cleaning service for the shared spaces. The cost is CHF 100 per person per month, which each flatmate contributes to and you would be expected to contribute too. Additionally, we share internet costs which are 26.63/month. This is in addition to the rent.
