WG Room in Zürich — CHF 950/mo

Hi! We are Lara (she/her) and Arthur (he/him), and we’ve been living together in this very cute apartment for about a year. Lara is 28 and works in the music industry, and Arthur is 25 and works as a photographer. We both speak French, as well as English and German. The apartment is located on Langstrasse, so it’s very central, and I have to admit, a bit lively 🙂 But it’s really well insulated, so the noise isn’t a problem. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a living room, an amazing kitchen (with a dishwasher), and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, and one with a shower plus a washing machine and dryer, which is amazing). We also have Wi-Fi. Honestly, the flat is really beautiful! We get along really well, but we’re also quite independent. We each have our own rhythms and consider our home a calm place where we can recharge. We’re looking for someone who is looking for the same kind of energy when it comes to sharing a flat. Just so you know: we’re both queer, and we’d love to find someone who respects or shares that 🙂 The rent for the room is 923.15 CHF, and it would be available from the beginning of April (or possibly later - open to discussion).
