ENGLISH Important – Contract: we are looking for someone willing and eligible to take over the main apartment lease jointly with one of the flatmates (Ralfs). This is a long-term arrangement rather than a short-term stay. I am moving out and renting my room in a pleasant 4-person flatshare. The room is available from March 16th for a long-term stay. The room will be rented unfurnished, allowing you to fully arrange the space according to your own taste. The flat is ideally located in a quiet area, just a 7-minute walk from Montelly metro station and close to all amenities. You will be living with Gal, Thibaud and Ralfs, all in their mid to late twenties. Gal is Swiss, Thibaud is French and Ralfs is Latvian. Gal and Thibaud are currently finishing their Master’s theses, and Ralfs works full-time after recently completing his studies. The flatshare is naturally international, with a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere where everyone balances their own routine while enjoying shared moments. The apartment features a bright living room with a projector, a piano (which Thibaud enjoys playing), a dartboard, a shared kitchen, and two bathrooms (only two people per bathroom). There is also a pleasant balcony that becomes a nice extension of the living space when the weather allows. The common areas are treated with care and maintained collectively, which keeps the flat comfortable and pleasant for everyone. We are looking for someone independent yet open-minded, who appreciates a calm but lively atmosphere, someone who enjoys an occasional shared dinner, a spontaneous chat, or simply unwinding together after the day. Il s’agit d’un engagement stable, pensé pour le long terme. Je quitte ma chambre dans une colocation agréable de 4 personnes. La chambre est disponible dès le 16 mars, pour une durée indéterminée. La chambre sera louée non meublée, ce qui permet d’aménager l’espace entièrement selon tes préférences. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 7 minutes à pied de la station de métro Montelly, dans un quartier calme et proche de toutes commodités. Tu vivras avec Gal, Thibaud et Ralfs, tous en milieu / fin vingtaine. Gal est suisse, Thibaud est français et Ralfs est letton. Gal et Thibaud terminent actuellement leur mémoire de master, et Ralfs travaille à plein temps après avoir récemment achevé ses études. La colocation est naturellement internationale et l’ambiance est détendue et simple, chacun ayant son rythme tout en appréciant les moments partagés. L’appartement comprend un salon lumineux avec vidéoprojecteur, un piano (Thibaud en joue régulièrement), un jeu de fléchettes, une cuisine partagée et deux salles de bains (deux personnes par salle de bain). Il y a également un balcon agréable, apprécié aux beaux jours. Les espaces communs sont utilisés avec soin et entretenus collectivement, ce qui permet de garder un cadre agréable au quotidien. Nous aimerions accueillir quelqu’un d’indépendant mais ouvert, qui apprécie une atmosphère simple et spontanée, quelqu’un qui sait rire, partager un repas de temps en temps ou simplement profiter d’un moment tranquille ensemble, sans pression.
