Rent 950 includes all the flat bills, like internet, hot water, heating etc. It also includes a weekly cleaning service of the common areas. Serafe bill is not included. We will sign a 5 month contract to start. Move in asap or 1.April. End of rental 31.August 2026. There is a possibility to extend and stay longer. Deposit 2000. If you dont need to stay the full 5 months, you can cancel earlier, but you will need to find a tenant for the remaining period of your contract. You will be sharing the apt with 3 chinese students (all male). They are busy learing for exams. So we are looking for someone who is independent and quiet and (doesn't cook / shower or is loud in any way after 22:00). Personal viewings of the apt possible. If you are not in switzerland, a videocall and online contract is also possible. We dont need to wait for 10 applicants to apply. The next suitable person who is ready to take the room will get it.
