The room is bright all day and part of a spacious, cozy flat with a large fully equipped kitchen, a big balcony, and a beautiful living room with high ceilings, sunset views, and a projector. The apartment also includes a bathroom with bathtub, shower, washing machine and dryer, plus a separate WC. Everything is within walking distance: Denner (1 min), Migros (5 min), bus (4 min), and the city center / Bahnhof in 15 minutes. Rosengarten and the old town are just around the corner. The room is rented furnished. The furniture (bed incl. frame, slatted base and mattress, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe, bedside table, and organizer) is in very good condition (approx. 1 year old) and available for CHF 750. You'll be living with Andrew, Irish, in his 30s, a scientist who enjoys his work and outdoor sports, and Christian, Swiss, also in his 30s, who works at the Swiss Parliament and splits his time between Zurich and Bern. The flat is quite spacious for three people, offering a good balance between shared and private space. We enjoy having dinner together when schedules align, or going for a run and grabbing an ice cream, while also valuing personal space and quiet time.
