WG Room in Zürich — CHF 1080/mo

Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für 6 Wochen (19. Mai bis 28. Juni). Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm gross; die Wohnung ca. 200qm. Zum Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer werden von der gesamten WG benutzt. Waschmaschine und Tumbler befinden sich ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Da ich ausziehe und meine Möbel mitnehme, wird das Zimmer während der Mietdauer nur über ein Bett verfügen (welches danach übernommen werden könnte). Die Tramstation Kappeli ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Miete für die gesamten 6 Wochen beträgt CHF 1'620.- (inkl. sämtliche Nebenkosten und Reinigungskraft). \ I am subletting my room in a shared apartment for six weeks (May 19th to June 28th). A washing machine and dryer are also located in the apartment. Since I'm moving out and taking my furniture with me, the room will only have a bed during the rental period (which could be taken over afterward). The tram stop Kappeli is a two-minute walk away. The rent for the entire six weeks is CHF 1,620 (including all utilities and cleaning).
