Ich bin Sophia (30), ursprünglich aus Deutschland, und lebe seit 6 Jahren in Zürich. Für meine 2er WG suche ich eine neue/n Mitbewohnerin (ca. 25-35)Ich biete ein gemütliches Zimmer in meiner 3 1/2 Zimmer großen, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung am Oberen Letten, mitten im Herzen von Zürich. Die Wohnung wurde 2022 saniert und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: sehr zentral, mit hervorragendem ÖV-Anschluss und gleichzeitig mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Grüne – auf die Limmat, den Uetliberg und bei schönem Wetter sogar bis zu den Alpen vom Balkon aus.In 10 Minuten zu Fuß bist du am Zürich HB, und zum Oberen Letten, wo du direkt in der Limmat schwimmen kannst, sind es nur etwa 4 Minuten. Mit der Tram bist du in rund 3 Minuten am HB.Inkusibe privater Waschturm! Also waschen wann du willst.Ich suche eine sympathische, nette Person als Mitbewohnerin. Mir ist eine offene und respektvolle WG-Atmosphäre wichtig 🏳️🌈. Gerne bin ich auch für ein spontanes Gläschen Wein und ein nettes Gespräch zu haben oder einen Film gemeinsam zu schauen.Mir ist wichtig, dass wir unkompliziert miteinander wohnen können – also jemand, der sich von Besuch oder Alltagsgeräuschen nicht schnell gestört fühlt. The apartment was renovated in 2022, and the location could hardly be better: very central with excellent public transport connections, while still offering beautiful green views – over the Limmat river, the Uetliberg, and on clear days even the Alps from the balcony.It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Zurich HB, and just 4 minutes to Oberer Letten, where you can jump straight into the Limmat for a swim. By tram, you can reach HB in about 3 minutes.And a private washing tower - wash whenever you want!I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing person as a flatmate. A respectful and open-minded flat atmosphere is important to me 🏳️🌈.I also enjoy the occasional spontaneous glass of wine, a nice chat, or watching a movie together.It’s important to me that we can live together in a relaxed way – so someone who isn’t easily bothered by occasional visitors or normal everyday noises.
