WG Room in St. Gallen — CHF 540/mo

We’re looking for someone to take over this amazing room at the beginning of April. You'll be joining 3 HSG students (1 bachelor; 2 assessies). The room is cozy, spacious, and you get to enjoy an amazing park view with its changing colors through the seasons. The surroundings are also very calm. The room comes furnished (bed, mattress, closet, desk, desk chair, mirror, clothes hanger, shelves and more storage spaces), the details can be discussed in person. The apartment consists of: a spacious and bright living room, a separate kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC, and a big hallway. We're also lucky enough to have an elevator in the building and our own washing machine. The apartment is 20 minutes by bus from the university and 7 minutes by bus from the train station. We have a Migros and a Denner within a 5-minute walk, and a cute park right next to the building. The monthly rent is 500chf and we usually pay an extra 40chf per month for electricity and wifi. Over time, we've created a great WG atmosphere, with half of us speaking French and the other half Swiss German. We sometimes watch movies together and enjoy spending time in the common rooms.
