I'm renting out a room (10 m²) in my 2-person WG at Neugasse 80, 8005 Zürich – centrally located in the popular District 5. The room: Unfurnished, 10 m², available immediately. Costs: Rent: CHF 1'025.–/month (incl. internet). Electricity is shared equally and billed separately based on actual usage. The apartment: 68 m², 2-person WG with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony. The location: A lively, urban neighbourhood with short distances to everything you need. 🚃 Transport: Several tram and bus lines within a few minutes' walk, plus Zürich HB and Hardbrücke nearby. 🛒 Shopping: Coop Neugasse (~2 min), Denner (~3 min), Migros Limmatplatz (~5 min). 🍽️ Neighbourhood: Plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars, plus the Limmat river for recreation right around the corner. Who I'm looking for: Someone easy-going and respectful – students and working professionals equally welcome. Good vibes matter most. Move-in: Immediately or by arrangement. About me: I'm Divij, 29, Indian and working in Schlieren with the occasional work-from-home day. I speak fluent german/english. I have been living in zurich for last 2 years. I lived in Munich for 8 years before moving to zurich. I travel quite a lot, so you'll often have the apartment to yourself. I'm laid-back and easy to live with – just looking for the same in return.
