In addition, the flat is on the ground floor, and includes an outdoor space (potential to have a vegetable garden, for those who are interested). The flat is only a 5 minute bike ride from the Winterthur train station. There is also a Coop in less than a minute walk. The flat is equipped with wifi, kitchen supplies, and washing machines/a dryer in the basement. The rent is for one person or a couple and includes electricity, water, and wifi. The other renter is a male in his early 30's, working 100%. When he's not working, he engages in many other activities, often coming home late in the evenings and leaving early in the mornings.
