WG Room in Dietikon — CHF 700/mo

Wir sind Marius (20) und Jonas (19), beide Studenten und leben in einer 4-Zimmer-WG. Aktuell haben wir ein freies Zimmer vom 01.04. bis am 31.08.2026 zu vermieten. Da Der Preis von 700 CHF Brutto kann sich noch leicht ändern, da wir erst am Montag den Mietvertrag mit den genauen Kosten erhalten werden. Es gibt 3 weitere Zimmer: Ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Sofa, ein Schlafzimmer mit 11m^2 und eins mit 13m^2. Dein Zimmer wäre das Grösste und ca. 16m^2 gross. Bereits vorhanden sind ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Schrank und ein Pult die kostenlos übernommen werden können. Die Küche, das Badezimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind bereits ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Denner und eine Tramstation, zum Bahnhof sind es 700 m. Uns ist wichtig, dass wir jemanden zuverlässiges finden, der mitdenkt und ein eher ruhiges WG-leben schätzt. We currently have a room available for rent from April 1st to August 31st, 2026. The price is 700 CHF (gross), though this may change slightly as we will not receive the final lease with the exact costs until Monday. There are three other rooms: a living room with a TV and sofa, one 11 m^2 bedroom, and one 13 m^2 bedroom. Your room would be the largest, at approximately 16 m^2. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and a desk, all of which can be used free of charge. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are already fully equipped. The apartment is centrally located. There is a Denner (grocery store) and a tram station right next door, and the train station is only 700 meters away. It is important to us that we find someone reliable, proactive, and who appreciates a relatively quiet shared living environment.
