You must (or expect to) be an ETH student (Student Village requirement). You will live with 5 other awesome flatmates. We like to spend time together and look for a good fit to our little family. We are ETH Students studying Computer Science (Lara, from Italy, 25 yo and Radim from Czech, 24 yo, who is currently on an internship and subletting to Maria and Juan Carlos 29 yo), Biomedical Engineering (Fotini from Greece, 24 yo), Mechanical Engineering (Levi from Switzerland, 21yo) We value people with sense of cleanliness and respect for shared space. Move-in Date: Between 16st - 23st April 2026, exact date is TBD and can be discussed. Rent: fixed, 804CHF (All included: internet, common washing machines+dryers, running costs, etc.) Eligibility: Matriculated or accepted ETH BSc or MSc students. This is a hard requirement imposed by Livit. We have high cleaning standards and like to spend time together - playing music, watching movies, eating together and so on.
