Hi everyone! I’m going abroad for a few months and would like to sublet my room in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Seebach 8050 Zurich. The rent is 1300 CHF/month and the room is available from May 1st - July 31st (3 months). You would be living with one other very friendly Slovakian guy who studies his master’s at ETH. The room is en-suite, and the flat comes with a sofa, dishwasher, smart TV and is completely furnished. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Oerlikon train station, is 5min away from amenities and restaurants, 5min walk from a park, and is in a brand-new building with a 24/7 PureGym on the bottom floor.
