New flatmate (f) wanted for a 3-person shared flat!

As my two current flatmates are unfortunately moving out in the summer, two large rooms in the shared flat will become available.

The apartment is located in the Breitfeld neighbourhood near Wankdorf and is very centrally located. Everything you need for daily life is in close proximity. The Migros supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away, and the Wankdorf Center and the stadium are also just a few minutes away. The Wankdorf train station is approximately a 10-minute walk, and Bern main station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport.

The shared flat is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by lift or stairs. A modern, large kitchen, a living room, and a balcony with evening sun are available for shared use. There is a cellar compartment, a bicycle storage room, and a laundry room which is shared with the other apartments.

The second of the available rooms is the largest at 22.2 m². It has a large window and direct access to the shared balcony with evening sun, which is also accessible from the living room.

About me: My name is Rachel, I am 23 years old, I study social work, and I am currently doing my first practical training in work integration. I am an open, uncomplicated, and tidy person, sometimes a bit clumsy. In my free time, I enjoy university sports, going for coffee, browsing flea markets, brunching, or painting.

For the shared flat, I wish for flatmates (f) (between 20-30 years old) with whom one can also spend time together, so not just a purely functional flatshare. At the same time, it is important to me that everyone also has their own space. Tidiness and cleanliness are also important to me.
