WG Room in Zürich

We’re looking for someone great to take my room over from 10th/11th of May in a lovely 4-person shared apartment in the heart of Zurich.We are looking only for a woman housemmate as we want to keep the same ratio men/women in the flat📍 Location – hard to beat, the flat is super central, right at Stauffacher, with tram lines 8, 9, 10, 11, 14 basically at the doorstep, and Wiedikon train station just around the corner. You can reach Zurich HB in minutes, ETH, universities, offices, or pretty much anywhere in the city very quickly. It’s an ideal spot if you value mobility and a smooth daily routine.🏡 The flat: The apartment is genuinely cozy and well thought-out, with: • A large, comfortable living room where people spend time together • A nice cozy balcony next to the kitchen, perfect for summer evenings • A fully equipped kitchen with two fridges (you’ll share half a fridge with one roommate) • Two bathrooms, so you only share yours with one person • Private washing machine and tumble dryer • A cellar for additional storage🛏️ The room:The room is big (around 16m2) and bright, as it has two windows.Ideally, a new tenant would take over a bed, a mattress, a wardrobe. A desk is optional. We can discuss the price.👥 The peopleYou’ll be sharing the flat with: • Olivier, engineer, mid 30s • Dionisio, engineer, mid 20sCurrently, we are looking for another woman in addition to you. You would be moving in around the same time in May. There is an option to become part of the main tenancy, otherwise a standard Zurich sublease. Everyone is friendly, busy with their own lives, but also enjoys a living, social apartment: spontaneous coffees, chats in the kitchen, the occasional small adventure or shared moment.
