You’ll be sharing the apartment with Sebastian (30, accountant, enjoys squash) and Ascanio (25, PhD student at UZH). Both are friendly and easygoing, they work full-time and have busy schedules, so the flat is generally super quiet.

Rent: CHF 1080.-/month (all included: electricity, water, internet, Serafe, etc.)

Following furniture will be left to be purchased (big cupboard, mattress, new sofa, standing electric desk +chair) (CHF 500)
