Hi,

We have a room available in an amazing apartment for the 1st of May. The room is approximately 20 m2, and the rent is 1,250 CHF. In addition, there are costs for internet, cleaning lady, heating, and water of around 100 CHF (variable).

The apartment is huge. We have a total of 5 rooms and a private rooftop terrace! There are two living rooms, a small one (12m2) and a larger one with a bar and a home cinema (60m2). The rooftop terrace with a view over all of Zurich and the Üetliberg is also around 60m2 in size. It's best to see this with your own eyes!

As for the apartment's amenities, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. Additionally, we are equipped with a TV and a projector. The room comes with a bed and 2 closets. The price of room furniture + house furniture is 750 CHF.

The location is fantastic. We are near Wiedikon train station (2 minutes on foot). The main station (HB) is 2 minutes away by train and 15 minutes on foot. Langstrasse is 5 minutes away on foot but far enough that we don't have any noise. There are countless restaurants and bars in the neighborhood!

We are not just looking for a roommate, but someone with whom we can have a good time—whether on the terrace during the summer, at a dinner, or over a beer. We both enjoy being active, such as hiking, sports, swimming in the lake/river (8 minutes by bike), and we don't spend all our time in the apartment.

We are Vega from Spain and René from Switzerland, both around 30 years old.
