I’m a 32-year-old man who speaks Spanish, English, and intermediate German. I enjoy cooking and spending time with friends, and I’m currently looking for a roommate for my flat.

The apartment is located in Iselin, a quiet and well-connected neighborhood. It’s only 3 minutes walking distance to bus lines 36 and 38, and about 7–11 minutes to tram lines 1, 3, and 6. Kannenfeld Park is just 10 minutes away, perfect for enjoying sunny days outdoors.

You’ll also find a gym, Denner, Migros, and Coop all within 5 minutes walking distance.

The flat has 3.5 rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a balcony. It is fully furnished and equipped for comfortable living.

I’m looking for a temporary roommate for 6–9 months. I’m organized, clean, and outgoing, but I also appreciate having personal time and respecting each other’s space.
