From April 1st, a room will become available in our 3-person shared flat in Veltheim. (New move-in possible from April 1st or by arrangement from May 1st.)
About the flat: The bright and cozily furnished 4.5-room flat features a spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area with a balcony. There is also a wide hallway with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a bathtub. A cellar and attic compartment, a bicycle room, and a communal laundry room with a dryer are also available. The available room is approx. 12 m² and has two large windows that provide plenty of natural light.
About the location: The flat is located only about 10 minutes by bike from Winterthur train station and just one minute from the best snack bar in the city. The charming village centre of Veltheim with Coop and Café Kunterbunt, as well as the Wolfensberg swimming pool, are reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot.
About us: We are Leandra (29) and Sophia (29). Leandra works part-time in communications in Zurich. When she's not travelling the world for her other part-time job as a flight attendant, she's on stage with her band or playing one of her instruments. She likes purple, mood lighting, and creates a good mood with her spontaneous puns. Sophia works as a primary school teacher in Winterthur. To unwind, she enjoys cooking new recipes, spending time with friends, or doing yoga. She likes travelling to warm places, enjoys variety, and is always up for a chat.
What's important to us: Together, we value a relaxed cohabitation with spontaneous dinners, chats, and outings, but also space for oneself. A clean home is important to us so that everyone feels comfortable. We are preferably looking for a FINTA person / female flatmate between 25 and 35 years old.
It is possible that both of us will move out during the year. In this case, the shared flat could be taken over.
