I (f, 57) am looking for an uncomplicated and nice subtenant who is looking for a furnished room in Bern-Weissenbühl. I work from home during the day. I look forward to a flatmate who needs a cozy home during the work week (preferably a weekly resident).

The room and the apartment The offered room is fully furnished and the entire apartment is equipped with everything you need for daily life – from dishes and cleaning supplies to bed linen. You can simply move in with your suitcase and feel at home immediately.

Availability and move-in date The room is definitely available from May 1, 2026. There is also the possibility to use the room occasionally before May 1, 2026 by arrangement.

Costs The amount includes ancillary costs (CHF 100.- on account). Internet, electricity, and Serafe fees will be charged separately.
