Hey! Our apartment will be available starting from mid-May. 3 rooms in total! The house is located in a very convenient area: 5 minutes on foot from the train station, 10 minutes from Misericorde, 7 minutes by bike from Perolles, and 1 minute from the Hangar gym. Despite being close to the road and the station, the area is very calm and quiet! There are 3 rooms, all of 13 m2, one has also the access to the balcony (see pictures). One room will be available from 15.05.26 while the other two from 1.06.26 or 1.07.26. We can arrange for you to vacate the room before July, but the new tenants must move in by 1 July at the latest. All the rooms costs 516.70 CHF per month including utilities, plus 13.30 CHF for Wi-Fi ( electricity is paid separately every three months). The house has a kitchen, bathroom, hallway-living room, a large attic, cellar, and a garden. The façade faces southeast and receives plenty of light in the morning and throughout the day!
