WG Room — Kronengasse 24, 5400 Baden

Shared room, unlimited contract from 01.06.2026

Your room: A cozy, bright room with two large windows. It is approx. 11 m2 and has a ceiling height of almost 3m. In addition to the monthly rent, there are additional costs for internet, electricity, heating, gas, etc. (shared three ways).

The apartment is on the 1st floor in the charming old town of Baden, directly on the river. From the balcony, you have a direct view of the Limmat and the green, wooded slope at the foot of the Lägern hills. The train station is only a five-minute walk away. From Baden, you can reach Zurich HB by train in 15 minutes. All major shops are also located at the train station.

We are Nizar (m, 31) and Lea (f, 36), both working professionals, and one of us is also studying part-time. We value social interaction and are definitely more than just a functional flatshare. We live openness, tolerance, appreciation, and good communication as best we can and know how. We enjoy cooking, playing sports, reading books, spending time in nature, and having all sorts of conversations. Oh yes... we like to keep things reasonably tidy at home and don't like cleaning up after others – honestly, who does? ;)

In the living room, you will find a piano with decorative candle holders, many plants, and a wall bar. In the hallway, there are two pull-up bars. We've mounted one a bit lower. So it would be advantageous if you are not taller than 1.91m, otherwise, it might hurt occasionally... We like having guests..

Important: we are part of a cooperative and that's great (Wogeno Aargau). It is a requirement that you also become a member. We also have a shared garden, a kitchen with a gas stove (olé!) and a dishwasher (also very great!). Additionally, there is a cellar and an attic compartment. We live in the old town, so there are no parking spaces.
