Your future room is 18m2 with its own balcony and is part of a spacious 160m2+ maisonette apartment with a balcony. The apartment is bright, freshly renovated, and generously laid out. Our office/guest room would also have enough space for you to set up a workspace. From the apartment, you can reach the city in about 20 minutes. If you take your bike, it will naturally be even faster depending on how you ride. ;) The Bremgarten forest begins right behind our building. So you are also very quickly in nature.

The rental price includes all additional costs (electricity, water, WiFi, Serafe etc.), as well as the cost of groceries. For an additional charge, a parking space in the underground garage could also be rented from the management.

We are looking for an open and communicative person of our age who appreciates shared living and likes to get actively involved. If you feel like cooking something together in the evening and winding down the day on the balcony, then you are exactly right with us. We would be happy to expand our repertoire with your recipes. We are very easy-going and do not follow a strict chore schedule. Nevertheless, we keep our shared apartment so clean that visitors could come by at any time.

Since the two main tenants are moving out, we are looking for someone to take over the main tenancy.

Eric (34), a tennis player and film connoisseur par excellence. Teddy (35) enjoys evenings on the balcony, is also a tennis player, and is always up for a beer after work. We particularly enjoy spending time together during the week. In the evenings, we cook together, watch a quiz show on TV, or on bad days, something less high-brow. In the summer, we look for refreshment together in the Aare river. In the winter, we are also sometimes up for a board game night. We appreciate an active shared living experience, but also respect when we need some quiet time and retreat to our rooms or pursue our own interests.
