I am looking for a subtenant until December 2026 on a fixed-term basis. You should stay for at least 3 months. Termination is possible with 1 month's notice. The room is partially furnished. A bed would need to be self-organized. Apart from the wardrobe, everything can be moved around so that you feel comfortable. I am looking for a tidy person who is rather quiet. Although I like to go out and enjoy loud music sometimes, I prefer it quiet at home. By arrangement, you can also move in before May 1st. Coop, Denner, Gelateria di Berna, and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The CHF 850 includes all ancillary costs, including washing machine, electricity, TV, and Wi-Fi. I am 55 years old, work in the social sector, and play in a rock band. For balance, I am interested in Buddhism and enjoy hiking :-). I look forward to your message.
