The room has:a kingsize beda small fridgea sinka built in table as well as a small table and a chairAs for the housing itself:bathrooms/showers and the kitchen are sharedthere's plenty of personal storage room inside the room as well as in common areasThe common places include a large terrace, a living room, a small gym, a laundry room as well as a small study room.The housing is 15-20 walking minutes away from the main campuses of both UZH and ETH and due to the bus station right at the entrance, there are also good connections to Stadelhofen/Zürich HB.All tenants are students from around the worldCommon areas are cleaned by a cleaning staff, so you'd only need to clean your own roomSince I'll be moving away next week (Feb. 16th), the room would become available as soon as possible. The only requirement is being a student.
